Juan Alonso Molina Morales: Cozy and elegant restaurant, dedicated to the reinterpretation of international cuisine under the sensitivity and extensive experience of its owner, mr. Óscar Mora, trained in some of the best restaurants in Caracas and Barquisimeto, during the 1980s and 1990s. He is characterized by the "sung" exposition, that is, verbal, of the menu. Their dishes usually fuse various culinary traditions from around the world and are served on individually designed plates, each one different from the other on the same table, with metal bells to preserve their temperature. The portions are generous and its seasoning is varied and balanced at the same time. It has guarded parking and very cordial attention from all its staff.

The atmosphere of the place is pleasant and the service is good, they are attentive and helpful.The dishes are varied, you can eat from tenderloin medallions to a Valencian paella, a wide variety of drinks and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The prices go hand in hand with the service and location of the restaurant.On this last visit we ordered a paella which was a bit confusing, the cost since the menu said a price and when placing the order they tell us that the dish is for more than 2 people, that is to say that the price doubles since I couldn't be for 1 only When the food arrived we realized that the rice and seafood were well cooked but they lacked a bit of taste as if they lacked salt or something similar. There is no denying that the portions are large but it is of no use when the food is somewhat tasteless. Regarding the drink, we ordered sangria and if it tasted good at 8/10, you could tell it was sangria and it didn't come cheap. The truth is, sangria is recommended.If it is a place that I would visit a second chance even more, to continue testing its cuisine since I saw grilled meat is its specialty.
