Axel Arias: The terminal is quite decent, although the chairs should already be maintained and remove the rust since they look old. However, it is a pretty decent place. Upon arrival, you get a regular checkup without much hassle, and then you leave.Have your transportation already set aside when you arrive, and don't forget to ask for your baggage tag so check-in doesn't take too long. Always arrive an hour, or at least half an hour before the departure of your bus.On the part of the buses, they are in excellent condition, with air conditioning and a bathroom. The only flaw is the WiFi, it's pretty bad, and they need to put the key in a visible place.
Luis guillermo Gonzalez rodriguez: Well the buses are fine as you have to bring a sweater or blanket since it is too cold the facilities in Maracaibo are a bit neglected but they are improving.
M P: Terrible service, they left us stranded in a service station on the highway, without any response, I have written to see who can give me an explanation and no one answers. I had to get to Valencia taking another bus that passed by and charged us for its position. What a shame to charge for something that they do not comply with. I do not recommend taking this line to travel anywhere. Look for other services, they are no longer reliable
