Frank Arteaga: The attention is bad on the part of the secretaries, it seems that they do not like working with the public. The doctors are very good, but you also have to wait for hours because the doctors go to see other patients regardless of whether you have been sitting for hours waiting. In particular, I paid for a $700 procedure and I had to pay attention to the poor attention from the secretaries and the doctor took care of me almost 3 hours after I arrived. He was number 3 on the list.
