That the port was closed and the parking lot was full of vehicles. We went into reception to see if we could put the vehicle in and it turns out that they had no more parking, giving us the option of leaving it on the street or 2 blocks away in a parking lot outside the hotel, which we had to pay to put the car in. I would not be posting this review if we had been told before renting that if we were late we would not have parking, because if so if we decide to rent it is at our own risk. But we were never told anything and that's why our annoyance. What for us would be a good trip ended with an odyssey to find a hotel with the same quality price at 1:36 in the morning
